The apps are grounded in science and can make positive and enduring changes in your life. Whether you are looking to improve your work-life balance, your relationship with stress, or struggles with your mood, these apps will help you take a practical and straightforward approach to wellness.

This third app, ACT3: Defusion, is designed to help you take a half step back from your thoughts, memories, and emotions. Three audio meditations will provide and experiential understanding of the basic concepts of defusion. Additional written materials will help you examine the impact of language and thoughts on your every day experience.
